Customer Service Opportunity Available!

Belle Étoile, one of the nation's fastest-growing designer jewelry brands, is looking for a full-time Customer Service and Success Team Member for its Emeryville office. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also be self-motivated, organized, and able to work well with others. Friendliness is a plus, as the job involves direct interaction with customers and fellow team members, and applicants should also be dedicated and inspired to contribute to the overall success of the company. Job responsibilities include:
- Growing the Belle Étoile brand by maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Correspondence via email, fax, and phone
- Providing stellar customer service
- Working towards personal and team-oriented sales goals
- Data entry and analysis
- Traveling to tradeshows and other industry events around the country

Candidate qualifications:
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and networking skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion
- An outgoing, charismatic, and positive personality
- Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Optional qualifications:
- Experience in the jewelry and/or fashion industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
