We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and offer a one year warranty against manufacturer defects from date of purchase on online purchases directly from www.belleetoilejewelry.com. For purchases from an authorized retailer, please consult that retailer for their repairs/return policy.

Following the information in the policy, you can submit the form below and upload a picture of the piece you are inquiring about along with its receipt. What is your return/exchange policy? We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on online purchases directly from www.belleetoilejewelry.com within 30 days from the delivery date. For purchases from an authorized retailer, please consult that retailer for their repairs/return policy.
Items returned must be unworn and in new condition with tags. *There will be a 5% or more restocking fee for worn or damaged items that are being returned. Exchanges for size may also be made within 30 days of purchase date but are subject to shipping charges and/or possible restocking fees for any wear or damage.
Items being returned must be insured. Belle Étoile is not responsible for any returned items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back returns. If you need a return label, we can generate one for you and deduct the cost from the cost of your return.
If you are making a return from an order that included a gift with purchase (GWP) item, you must also return the GWP item to receive full credit. If you choose to keep the GWP item, the cost of the GWP item will be deducted from your credit unless the value of the items you are keeping still qualify for the GWP promotion.
What if my jewelry has a defect? What is your warranty? Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for up to 1 year. We will only accept exchanges for jewelry that may have a defect at no charge within 1 year of purchase date. NOTE: Items that were special ordered, worn, damaged, re-sized, engraved, or altered cannot be exchanged or returned.
Can I return sale/discounted items? All discounted/sale items are final but still covered under our 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects but not against everyday wear and tear. Proper care of your jewelry will help it last a long time! Find out how to care for your jewelry here.
How do I return an item? Please use our contact form to start the process of an exchange/return. One of our customer service reps will reach out to you to begin the return process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Items returned must be insured. Belle Étoile is not responsible for any returned items lost in transit. If you need a return label, we can generate one for you and deduct the cost from the cost of your return.
