SHIPPING & PAYMENT
What is your shipping policy?
- We currently ship anywhere in the United States. After you place your order, you will receive an email of receipt/confirmation followed by an email confirming shipment once the order has been fulfilled. We strive for quick service and will most process orders within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday).
- For items that may be out of stock, shipment normally takes 6-8 weeks to ship out.
What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept American Express, Master Card, Discover, and Visa. We also accept Belle Étoile gift cards that can be purchased through our website.
What is your return/exchange policy?
- We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on online purchases directly from www.belleetoilejewelry.com within 30 days from the delivery date. Items returned must be unworn and in new condition with tags. There will be a 5% or more restocking fee for worn or damaged items that are being returned. Exchanges for size may also be made within 30 days of purchase date but are subject to shipping charges and/or possible restocking fees for any wear or damage.
- Items being returned must be insured. Belle Étoile is not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back returns. If you need a return label, we can generate one for you and deduct the cost from the cost of your return.
- If you are making a returning from an order that included a gift with purchase (GWP) item, you must also return the GWP item to receive full credit. If you choose to keep the GWP item, the cost of the GWP item will be deducted from your credit unless the value of the items you are keeping still qualify for the GWP promotion.
- For items purchased from an authorized retailer, please refer to that retailer's return policy.
- What if my jewelry has a defect? What is your warranty?
- Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for up to 1 year. We will only accept exchanges for jewelry that may have a defect at no charge within 1 year of purchase date. NOTE: Items that were special ordered, worn, damaged, re-sized, engraved, or altered cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Can I return sale/discounted items?
- All discounted/sale items are final but still covered under our 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects but not against everyday wear and tear. Proper care of your jewelry will help it last a long time! Find out how to care for your jewelry here.
How do I return an item?
- Please fill out our Repairs & Returns Form to start the process of a repair, return, or an exchange. Items returned must be purchases from www.belleetoilejewelry.com and unworn and in new condition with tags. There will be a 5% or more restocking fee for worn or damaged items that are being returned. Exchanges for size may also be made within 30 days of purchase date but are subject to shipping charges and/or possible restocking fees for any wear or damage. Please note that all items are subjected to a 5% or more restocking fee if returned after 30 days and depending upon condition. For purchases from an authorized retailer, please consult that retailer for their return policy.
- One of our customer service reps will reach out to you to begin the return process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- Please note that any special non-stock sizes, altered, or sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

I just bought a gift card through your website, when I do receive it?
- Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
Do your gift cards have any processing fees?
- Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Can I use the gift card at a store that sells Belle Étoile?
Belle Étoile gift cards are ONLY redeemable online at www.belleetoilejewelry.com and are non-refundable and
non-exchangable. Please make sure to send the card to the correct recipient as Belle Étoile is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.
